How the agency plan works
You pay once. One $49 subscription covers every sub-account under your agency, however many you have and however many staff use it. Take on a new client next month and they are covered automatically, with nothing to add and no change to your bill.
Connecting takes a moment per sub-account. The first time you add a client, you pick them from a list and approve access, the same as connecting any other app. That is a one time step for each sub-account.
After that, switching is instant. All your connected sub-accounts appear in a dropdown at the top of the panel. Change client, and your tasks, pipelines, contacts and messages change with it. No signing in again, no going back to the platform.
Questions
What can it see in my account?
Exactly what your own login can see, in the one sub-account you connect, and nothing more. Access is granted through the standard secure sign-in flow, and you can disconnect at any time from inside the extension.
Do you store my data?
No. Records are fetched live and rendered in your browser. The only thing kept on our side is the encrypted credential that lets the extension reconnect, plus the ID of the sub-account you linked.
Will it slow my browser down?
It does nothing at all until you open it. There's no background process, no polling loop and no notification service.
What does it cost?
$9 per month for a single sub-account, or $49 per month for every sub-account under your agency. Both start with a 7 day free trial. You add a card when you start the trial and are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Does it work with multiple sub-accounts?
Yes. Connect as many as you like and switch between them from a dropdown at the top of the panel. On the agency plan every sub-account under your agency is included for one flat $49 a month.
Do I pay per user or per sub-account?
Per sub-account. If three people at the same client work in the extension, that is still one $9 plan. On the agency plan it is one $49 plan no matter how many sub-accounts or staff you have.
Does it handle email as well as texts?
Texts today. Email is next on the list.
